I received the proof today and approved the copy. Everything’s Better…Made From Scratch: Sauces will be availible for purchase within the next five business days. Keep an eye out on the order page for ordering information.

Going back and forth with and editor and publisher can be daunting but it is a necessary evil. The final edited version has hit the “proof” stage and is currently being produced. I will still need to sign off on the final version of the proof once it is received. Assuming I find no errors it would appear we are looking at a late July release.

I just installed the blog system today but a lot has happened since the website was released.áAt the time and date of this postá“Sauces”á has reached the final stage at the publishers. Within one to two weeks I will receive a proof copy of the book. If that copy is approved the book will be available ten business days after that.
